I ordered delivery through Menulog.... delivery service was extremely poor, however, McDonald’s service excellent. I called the restaurant after waiting 45 minutes for my order to be picked up. Was advised my order was re-made because the driver took so long. Food arrived fresh and hot. Great customer service McDonald’s, thank you!

The young people that work there are doing their best to prepare the food and serve, but they need an extra person, to allow someone to be free to clean the tables, mop the floors and empty the bins. The Golden Grove store always looks dirty and the bins are full when we go.

Very relaxed and the staff are friendly. There a few students that come over from the high school but they aren't rowdy. I love coming to this place.

Every time we go there they are having a system update. They should turn their sign off if unable to serve customers. This is the 3rd time. Being a night shift worker there is not much choice and its frustrating to waste time in drive though to be told sorry but we have a system update

Waited 35 minutes for 1 coffee. Kept enquiring about it and they kept saying it was being made. Got it and it just tasted like heated milk. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Order received was incorrect and the woman handing the food to me in drive thru was so unenthusiastic and impatient. She almost dropped my whole drink tray because she passed it to me so quickly and didn't wait for me to take it.

Last time they forgot our apple pies. The time before they forgot an entire kids meal. This time they made a hamburger with cheese, and then when they remade it they left the pickles on. I'm not sure who runs their packing and order checking, but their capacity to follow dockets is consistently the worst in the area.

as an ex employee at maccas i’ve never witnesses staff communication quite like this. there was one member of staff in particular who was treating other staff poorly. swearing, complaining about other team members and just being outright rude to her so called “co workers”. she is a cafe worker short and blond hair.. i do not recommend dining in here unless you want an earful or yelling, drama and complaining from this staff member.

This has been our local McDonald's for several years now, and not once have they ever managed to get our order right! I could certainly turn a blind eye to the occasional mistake being made, but it is literally EVERY single time that we've had to take things back! I am sick of having to deal with the complete incompetence of the people in this place! I highly recommend that you avoid this place and go to a different McDonald's instead!
