She was extremely helpful in when Ryan was busy. Her assistance in following up on all maintenance issues was quite impressive and resulted in fixing them on time. She kept us informed and was confidently present in the home opens. She greeted the incoming potential buyers with a smile and friendly conversation. Any ask from Brooke was never too much hassle for her.

I've had Natalie Dowse as my Property Manager for the good part of 12 months. She has been great to communicate with, very understanding with complex situations, polite and outstanding to deal with.It's amazing how easy your tenancy life can be with a fantastic PM and agency.If the opportunity came up in the future, I'd be more than happy to rent with them again.

Natalie Dowse was great to deal with. She always responded quickly to questions and assisted with maintenance issues as they arose. She always goes above and beyond to look after her tenants.I have always loved house inspections because she’s always such a pleasure to deal with, she’s so prompt in her email responses, all maintenance jobs are lodged almost immediately and rectified within 2 business days. Hayden is the face of our Murrumba Downs community. He is a genuine caring young man who is vested and cares about our community and he showed that through the way he was sensitive & cared about my parents and guiding them through the whole process of selling their 30 year old home.
