Really good supportive environment especially for beginners like myself. Members are super nice and helpful as well as the coaches. It can be challenging but rewarding.

Courtney is a fantastic owner and trainer and I have always felt like a part of her family whenever I came to train. The equipment was good quality and the area well cleaned. Would highly recommend giving it a try! She is always eager to meet new people and make sure they're getting everything out of their training sessions.

I absolutely love training at F45 Woodvale. The trainers are absolutely fantastic and know their stuff. They are great support whilst training, and are always able to offer alternative exercises that work with my injuries. The vibe is awesome, and I love the crew I train with. It’s the first time in a long time that I jump out of bed looking forward to working out. I highly recommend it!!

Before F45 I used to work out at the local gym. After attending a few sessions i've never felt better and motivated! F45 Woodvale has a great set up and very friendly trainers! Couldnt recommend it more for anyone looking to make a change! Great location, Great people and Great trainers!
