Great new contemporary designed Food Hall and Dining space.Food was restaurant quality but the service unfortunately let the overall experience down.It was difficult to catch the Waiters/Waitresses attention and they seemed unsupported, no Manager to be seen, kitchen staff didn't talk to each other, the staff generally looked quite unhappy to be working there...perhaps they are all underpaid or don't have sufficient hospitality experience!?!

David Jones has the worst service on the phone. You cannot even talk to a human being. I was trying to speak to someone for 2 hours, at the end the lady asked for my name and phone number instead of helping me with my queries. Terrible customer service!!

The range is limited in this David Jones compared to the store in the city, however this one has the benefit of being in a Westfield with free parking (limited hours). It's a little old in some areas and could do with a refresh. Its not crowded which is great and the staff is generally very helpful and friendly. The food court downstairs is nice and quite luxurious.

It's a below average experience when the security guard follows you around the store for the first 10 minutes. Even though we spent a small fortune on clothes it only seemed like the staff wanted to help find what we wanted in the right size after we already bought a few things. Pretty average experience at best, the $10 voucher they sent me can simply expire, like the motivation I have for returning.

My visit to David Jones Bondi Junction's Men's clothing section left me disappointed. While trying on clothes, another customer confronted me, claiming I was using the fitting room they had left their belongings in. Despite explaining my lack of knowledge, they pushed me back inside. The customer service staff failed to intervene, demonstrating a lack of professionalism. The absence of fitting room lockers added to the discomfort. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this store.

David Jones Food Hall Bondi Junction is now( June 2023) essentially out of service.A make over a few years ago took away the great Oyster Bar and Pasta Bar.The replacement food service has never worked.A concrete slab was provided to sit and eat overpriced oysters. No one came.Luke Mangan helped to make this unwelcome changesThis is long gone.The a la carte restaurant long goneThe bar goneFinal straw the bistro went last month.On top of this the butcher, fish shop and green grocer are gone.It’s not a food hall. It’s a tiny deli and cake shop.You can do better at a Supermarket.DJs has been dying slowly since the South African take over.

No/limited staff available on the floor to help. Had to walk between counters to get the shoe in the size I was looking for and waited for a long time. You get better service in Kmart compared to my experience today.

What amazing food!!!! What an even more amazing price lol. Fresh beautiful and melt in your mouth not to heavy. Wouldn't revist just because but great experience to see how the other half live
