I contracted Magical Pools & Spas 2 years ago to build our pool. Tom was terrific from the out set.He was up front and honest right from the beginning and was on site through every stage of the build. I met Tom in 2013 when we were looking at building a custom designed pool.Tom started off with every conceivable extra for our pool and allowed us to select what options we wanted and those that we didn’t so we always knew the final price, and this did not change.Tom went about the build in a precise and calculated fashion, and the end product was breathtaking. We were given a comprehensive handover and even though on a couple of occasions we were lost with the automation, Tom always came back out to give us a run down on what we were doing wrong.
