Would like to share my thoughts about Sturmans.Quality!Quality service! Quality products!Have been dealing with Sturmans since 1999.For true, pure stero sound in Wollongong. I couldn't go pass Sturmans. Service and knowledge. Highly recommend..

I just happened to be in the area and dropped by for the purpose of having a chat and demoing some different styles of speakers. The team were really helpful and accomodating even though I ensured them I would not be purchasing.I felt as though I was treated as another home theatre enthusiast and not a 'customer' being pushed towards a sale.Great experience.

Amazing Staff and knowledgeable! The people at Sturmans know how to treat their customers right. In fact, you'd be hard-pressed to find any other organisation going above and beyond for excellence in customer service like Sturmans. I got a demo of a piece of equipment where they took the time to explain the features, comparison of other products and most importantly understood my requirements. They understood what I needed, not what I wanted.I'm more than happy to travel from Sydney to talk to the staff there and they're even more happier to help me out with after sales support.Thanks again!PS. Sturmans pre-sale and after-sale service was beyond all my expectations. They listened to my needs, communicated in a manner that I could understand and recommended a product that does all and more that I hoped for. They sell quality products and are a pleasure to deal with.

The service at Sturman Electronics is second to none. I spent a good 4 or 5 hours over 3 visits listening to different combinations of floor standing speakers and stereo amps. Their patience and desire to ensure you are buying something that you're truly happy with is amazing and hard to come by these days. They even offered to come in early or stay back late to work around my working hours. Seriously!? Who does that? And no I wasn't looking at spending tens of thousands for them to offer this. There was even the offer to try things out in my home before purchase. I was served by Alex who was great and Michael would pop in every now and then to see how we were going and throwing in his 2 bobs worth on thing s to consider and try out. To top this all off their prices were very competitive. Highly recommended.

There are only two types of businesses these days, those of a transactional nature, and those who are customer service oriented. Sturmans definitely falls into the latter. There are a number of key features that make a 5-star rating, quality product and competitive pricing are just two factors. Sturmans also goes absolutely above and beyond in customer service, in product support and Domain expertise. You will not find a better customer experience than with Sturmans Audiovisual. When it comes to your high fidelity needs, I absolutely and unreservedly recommend these guys. Thank you to Michael and Boris especially, if I could give a sixth star for their kindness and generosity that they showed towards my autistic son, I absolutely would. Congratulations to you for setting the bar in how an exemplary business should operate.

Where do I start!!!! Sturmans just finished installing our media room and OMG they did an AMAZING job, from design, to advice (which I badly needed), to construction, to the pre wiring, the final install, these guys are class act.. 10/10!!!! The staff are friendly and courteous, they say hello, introduce themselves, take their shoes off before coming into our brand new house, turned up on time, the pricing is great for what you get too. I didn't want just a box drop, I wanted the service where they come in, install, clean up after themselves, answer questions, give advice... the works... and boy did they deliver.... there is honestly nothing I can say that I was not happy with, a stellar effort from a very professional and well known team/brand. From Day#1 i felt like I was in good hands... Awesome work Michael and the team, VERY happy customer here ;-)
