Very unsatisfied with my experience.Paid for 2 months of add words did not get 1 lead. On top of that been passed around the organisation like a soccer ball. No one knows what they are doing there…. Absolute rubbish experience I feel completely used may as well of been a scam, that’s how it felt like.

Salesman was friendly and approachable. Once the $3300 invoice paid we were handed to the design team to create the website it went down hill. The team did not make any attempt to get to know our business, provided a website for services we don't have and insisted that we had told them to. We had an existing functioning website the design team could easily have used that as the brief for the project. Over 1 year later we eventually received the correct website, created to a high standard. The company needs to learn to accept when they have messed up be accountable and willing to work with the client rather than buck pass or blame the customer.

We've been working with Yes digital for a couple of years now, and just recently updated our branding and website with Heath's help.He was amazing and was always available to take our calls and we are so happy with the website now, and moving forward we know we can always count on Heaths assistance. We have been working with the Yes Digital team to create a new website for our business, and they also take care of our SEO and google ads. With our new website now launched we’ve been very happy with the results. There’s been a significant uptick in traffic and conversion of sales. Yes Digital work hard behind the scenes to make sure you are seen by your target audience. A big thanks to Ruben, Sam and Heath for the work that they do.

Stay away from these people if your looking website build. They basically gave us a landing page for closer to 3k. No content writing, no link building, no recommendations. At the end of day you are the expert. Checked my website score on various platforms and was extremely poor. I would advise pay someone half the money and get a better result. If you are looking for genuine and honest advise, look elsewhere.

I work for Journey's End winery in South Africa and use social media to reach my target audience in Asia Pacific. Over the past year I shopped around quite a bit to find the right company to manage our social media pages and I didn't find a suitable fit, until I met Yes Digital, and I was immediately sure I had finally found the right agency. Four months later and I am so glad I found them!Jasmine has been excellent, she understands what I want to achieve from social media and the message I want to get across. She also understands my target audience. It is an interesting, diverse and complicated market that I deal with, and I have been really impressed by Jasmine's quick uptake to research and understand my target audience. She has also been great in understanding and using the right tone for our various brands.At the beginning I had a call to go over the brief on what I wanted to achieve and after that I was instructed to dump all our photos, videos and information on our products and company in to Dropbox for her to sort her way through. Which she did, I was really impressed with what she found in there, considering how much we have on file, and how she used the content in her own way, made photoshop adjustments and created reels and stories which she thought would appeal to my target audience.Every few weeks I get updates from Jasmine notifying me of new content created. I check these and let her know of any adjustments to be made before they get posted.I have been really impressed with how quickly she has managed to understand our brands and products. She has saved me a lot of time and I love that their pricing is so reasonable.We have now completed a full 4 months with Yes Digital and have decided to continue with Yes Digital for the foreseeable future. I can see us working with Yes Digital for quite some time and adding services along the way.I can highly recommend this company and Jasmine at Yes Digital.

I felt belittled and spoken to like an idiot by the staff at YES digital just because I didn’t come from a web build background. The tone and language used over a google meet meeting was horrendous and made us feel lame being client of YES digital.Will not recommend this company for prospective clients who doesn’t have any knowledge about website development because they would definitely feel bullied in every phone/virtual meeting or call with a YES Digital staff member.

I was contacted by Yes Digital as they were looking for more customers to help them with their google ads account, initially they were helpful & I engaged with them, I was passed on to a manager who treated me badly, couldn't be bothered to find out about my business or even where I am based. Upon cancelling, they apologised then were condescending over the phone & high pressure tactics over email. I asked for my money back but they have ignored this request. Total waste of money & energy, avoid!!
