my girlfriend asked for ombré nails and had a picture reference, not only were the nails chunky, and streaky all the way through, with lumps and inconsistencies on every finger as well as the pattern being in the wrong order, customer service was below average and i will not be returning here and another nail salon i went to after was disgusted at the craftsmanship and had to fully replace the set

Was extremely rough after telling her that it hurt, asked for French tips like my last set and was extremely rushed, very bumpy and didn’t bother cleaning underneath or fixing the job up !!!

Mimi is very lovely ! She takes her time to make sure the job is perfect and after getting Shilac/sns/acrylics it lasts a very long time! She might be a little slower then others because it’s not a quick in and out as she treats everyone properly and gives in my opinion the best service! Book ahead and you won’t be disappointed! Thankyou Mimi ☺️
