Select Cleaning Sydney - North

Last Saturday I had a full house end of lease clean, by a couple who work for a cleaning company I found on the Facebook market.The whole end of lease house clean was $220 + $80 for extras such as oven, fan, blinds ect.Day of the clean I was unable to stay for the whole time so I paid the couple in full and left. Stupid mistake I will never make again!!!The next day I went to the house and they had only wiped down the bathroom and kitchen.Did not even touch the house skirting, windows, all walls & scuff marks, blinds, fans and wardrobe cupboards.Straight away I tried calling and messaging thembut my phone number was BLOCKED and so was my Facebook.After trying hours of trying to get in contact with head office, they finally agreed to clean the house a second time the day I hand my keys back.The real estate carried out a final inspection and there was SO many items on the list that were not even touched. I was going to lose my bond but they allowed one refix because she saw I paid $300 for a professional job and didn’t think It was cleaned properly.I contacted head office because I was still blocked by Amanda and Paul and told me they couldn’t be reached. I told Select cleaning I was going to get another company to clean because I needed my bond secured and I haven’t heard a from this unreliable couple & I wanted to them to pay for it, due to their cleaners incompetence and inability to finish their job. They agreed.Only after I had the new cleaners in at $250 and I sent them the invoice did they turn around and say NO you didn’t give Amanda and Paul a THIRD opportunity to clean the house!! (Mind you i still haven’t heard from the at this point)These people Are meant to SPECALISE In end of lease cleans and they wanted to come a THIRD time. Such a f**ken joke!Head office lied to me and now I’m out of pocket $550. Select cleaning stood by these “cleaners” and their bad job and disgusting customer service.I will never recommend these people to anyone!I’m so disgusted by these two and don’t want anyone else to be scammed by them.After digging I found more people who had similar problem with this couple.This guy has multiple Facebook accounts and advertises under so many different names & locations..
