I have returned large bag of hills science diet with a credit note advice stapled to the bag at the ware house in Lynbrook, the bag was received by the lady at the ware house last Thursday . I have placed 2 seperate orders over last Friday and yesterday Monday -early morning - I showed up at Cenvet Ware house as usual to pick up the order but half of the order is done and the other half was not. I also saw the Hills science diet bag still setting on table without credit note stapled - spoke to ware house staffers, said that the wind pealed off the credit note - I have advised him that the bag is a return to the ware house which then he collected and took inside - I have called Cenvet customer service Tracey to advice that half of the order was not ready and the returned bag of food still on table since last Thursday- she said that she is coming down - I waited for 10 minutes but she did not show up - the ware house handed the order to me then I left. After almost half an hour Cenvet customer service Tracey calls me up to say where am I ? I said I waited but you did not show up as I have work to do so I had to leave ,she said that the book for order collections at the ware house was not signed - I said that there is no pen on the table or around the book for customers to use and sign - in a disgusting rude tone of language she replied by saying that I have to ring the main company door bell as of now and collect my orders - You know Tracey it’s the last time to order any thing from Cenvet - I have been with Cenvet for almost 8 years as a loyal customer but it seems that means nothing - very disgusting arrogant attitude.
