Osborne Towing

They deliberately took time and I was able to get my car back in 3 days.I wonder if it is normal to have an amount of more than $1,000 in three days after being towed. They still do business

Never ever call these guy . They just wanted to cheat customers and get storage charge of cars without letting Customers know what happening to the car . They gave me fake promises about claiming to the companies but at the end they refuse and told me to pay for storage charge. They were very rude . Please don't fall it there trap.

Had my car towed by adam, he took it to their yard overnight, when I my car got to the panel beaters my iPod and coins out of my console were gone.Nothing but common thieves who pressure you to use them, I won't make that mistake again.

Another post on the driver that wouldn’t let me merge properly onto Roe Hwy. wouldn’t make any eye contact but Further down as I exited Roe he was brave enough to fly the bird at me.Quality driver you got there.

Absolutely atrocious service! Never use them!I was in an accident, Osborne Towing was first on the scene, and I wish I had read reviews before allowing him to take my car! But he seemed so nice and caring, all lies, he does not care!My car was not moved to the inspection facility from the Holding yard for SIX WEEKS. We contacted them multiple times and they would shift blame saying our insurance company had not paid their “current” invoice, however they had (which we got confirmation from from our insurance company), they would say it’s processing until the next day and keep that cycle! Using customers cars to extort more money from insurance company’s, at the expense of customers livelihood! Our insurance company had to intervene assertively to get my car out!Such a joke! Don’t use them!

These guys are going to be the actual cause of an accident someday soon.Today, i witnessed some shocking driving by 1 of their towing vehicles (just wish i had a dashcam in my car).Around 1pm, driving down Walter road east, morley ... 60km/hr zone.But their tow truck (with all their business signage in full view) doing close to 90km/hr - weaving between cars, intimidating another car, by getting right up it's rear, until it pulled into left lane.Tow truck then turned left into Wicks street, and due to their speed during the turn, went completely onto opposite side of road ... Just lucky no cars coming the other way.These reckless tow truck drivers give the whole industry a bad name.

One of the drivers number plate 1GKO929 went to cut me off and then cut my partner off in the wet almost coursing a accident very bad driving skills would never let them tow my vehicles

had to give one star for this review to post,when an Osborne driver is racing to get the tow before the opposition he is more dangerous than the accident he is going to. I was overtaken on Tonkin highway over the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic,intimidating drivers in front of him to the point he put on his flashing emergency lights to clear the way.A real moron who should be off the road.Why would you ever engage them to tow your car ???

Had one of their trucks tail gate me and my family down the Read,very close. As he raced past he gave us the finger many times then went on to sound his horn at the next car he tailgated. A Real PIG! . I can only think what the firm's culture is if endangering the life of my family means so little to them.

I had an accident recently and the guy (I didntd catch his name in all the tension) but he was absolutely amazing. He helped me get all the details I needed and dropped me and my partner home when he towed the car. Say with us the whole time and helped keep me calm. I'm forever grateful for his help and would highly recommend them!
