This is the place to go in Kununurra.Reasonable, honest, hardworking, high customer service standards. A+++Only problem is they charge a lot to order parts. If you order the part yourself you can save a lot of money here and also get GREAT service.

Not happy with the service.+ They booked us in quickly and were friendly.- We paid more than a 1000 dollars for a new alternator + labour (4h!), turned out the alternator wasn't broken at all. We went to another mechanic in town, 2 hours and 300 dollars later the problem was fixed (just one plug under the dashboard came loose). We went back to ask for an explanation, but according to River Gum 'every other mechanic would have done the same' and they 'didn't make a mistake at all'. Lost a 1000 dollars (and lots of time) for nothing.

Craig & Briee were awesome. After a little mishap with some traffic cones falling off a truck and smashing the radiator & aircon & front-end of the car. Craig at Rivergum Radiators Kununurra had us back on the road in no time. Awesome friendly service. Top marks

Great family business who helped us out when we really needed a hand. Price for the work was well within expectations. They even provided us a lift to and from our accommodation.All up a great experience.

Friendly people. However completely booked out and not capable of helping us out in the end. Waited several days without being told what's the final problem with car.

Bruce, Bree and Craig were my hero's. After just completing the gibb we made it no more than 30km outside of kununurra before Lizzy Green the Pajero decided she needed a break.Bree could not have been more understanding, and Craig and Bruce saw to her first thing the next day with the same love of cars that I have.After a few highs and lows of figuring out the problem (a sneaky stone seemingly was the culprit) Lizzy was finally on her way, and we left with great smiles on our faces at the wonderful service. Weve made it all the way to Cairns without a hitch!If you need a mechanic that will do what is right by you and your car, look no further than River gum radiators.

Thankyou Craig and Briee. We had a problem with our coasters radiator turned up Monday morning. Craig got onto it and did a pressure test and flush. Found the problem a faulty radiator cap. We were on our way by 2.30. Thanks everyone much appreciated.
