Hello petty grooming salon
The 1 star is for me. Appointment was at 9 rang he said a minute awhile. Rang back said staff were late. Asked him how long he said 10 to minutes. Still no one rang back he said he was coming. Didn’t wait any longer. I’m glad he can effort to lose 100 dollars lucky him. If staff rock up when ever they feel like it, how can I trust them to groom my dog. Plenty of other dog groomers in area. First up you kept changing the time staff would be there I stayed till 930 and as I said if staff rock up when they feel like it how can I trust to groom. If you didn’t lie about time continuously.

Took my toy cavoodle here for the first time for a full groom and I am really happy with how it went. The groomer was very transparent about how she was going to cut my dog's fur (even calling me up mid-way to confirm that I was ok with her cutting it a bit shorter due to the matting). She did a great job (especially with the amount of matting) in a short period of time (less than 2 hours). It was also really fairly priced.

I got my dog back and both of his ears were bleeding and my hands had blood on them. He has scratches on his belly and a scratch under his eye he is traumatized and scared never going again. KEEP AWAY

I take my 2 German shedders here and they're absolutely fabulous every single time. They come back deshedded, smelling fabulous and the nails perfect. I'm glad they cater to large dogs and tolerate the one that complains through the entire process like a husky. Will continue to go to this parlour - it's so convenient to book on facebook as well.

I have been using this groomer since they first opened (over 5 years ago) and I can attest that Xian and his team are very good at their jobs and love the pets. Their prices are very reasonable and their skills are second to none. I highly recommend them.

Don’t go there , if you want your dog have a bleeding nail! Never mentioned when I picked my dog up. Roughly treated I only found up when he was walking and started bleeding. Very dishonest .
