Well, what can I say, Jo is an incredible agent. After 8 years of being rented my villa was looking very shabby. I listened to Jo's advice with the renovation, which got me the best bang for my buck. I also took her advise about staging the property and the transformation was absolutely amazing. Sold straight after the first open and we acheived over and above what we were expecting on the sale price. From listing to settlement the process was smooth and painless. Could not recommend Jo more highly. Don't think I could have acheived the same result with anyone else.
