I purchased a dress from Slowly Studio, and while I did return the dress as it wasn't quite right, I have to say the communication and customer service was wonderful. I would definitely buy from Slowly again.

Slowly is a beautiful unique store that I have had the pleasure of purchasing treasured pieces from (on more than one occasion). The owner (Gabrielle) has always been very sweet and accommodating, and provided me with attentive one-to-one customer service that I really value as a customer. I don’t live on the north west coast and if I see something online I really appreciate how Gabrielle will always promptly reply to my emails, and provide me with all the information I’m after regarding sizing and fit of the items I love. I will continue to shop here and support Gabrielle and her gorgeous sustainable clothing store.
