So far, our service has been excellent, staff have taken to the software regardless of their levels of computer literacy and managing the back end of the system has worked well. Would happily recommend DeliverIT and intend to do more business with them.Second year in and their support has been excellent. Do not recommend this company and when you asked them to cancel it they just keep deducting the money from your account.Please be careful.Updated - 5/7/21They have deducted the funds again from account and when I reached them regarding this matter they have blocked me from there Facebook page and everything.Just be very careful about this company.

I've been with deliverit for almost 11 years. The last 3 years have been hell, ever since they moved their support overseas, there customer service is non existent. Unfinished Apps, constant problems with account managers, emails never been answered.

As an end customer ( I ordered food online from a restaurant that uses deliver it) , I was delighted with the ordering experience.Glad there are user friendly options for local businesses other than the large players like Uber (who add so many layers of charges )Was pleased to see its a local business in south east, Victoria.
