Very disappointed with the service. I had Gigi. They asked for feedback at the end and when I said it was not the best because there was no pressure (nicely), a lady from the back came rushing out to tell me that it was my fault. I should have said something. I told them the girl didn’t ask me about pressure or talk to me until she had to get me up (to which she just said ‘hello’) and they repeated that it was my fault. What a waste of $85. Most of the massage was just rubbing oil on me. It was not a deep thai massage at all and it is a real shame that their reaction was so poor because I would have gone back to try a different therapist.

Great massage place no funny business but just nice massage.Also has couples massage options. They actually work on your body to ensure you leave rejuvenated and with no pain. I forgot her name but she was a tall lady who gave massage and I felt great. Plenty of parking and welcoming staff.

Receptionist wasn't polite at all. Massage was Just Ok.....Now the owner has responded saying that if you're polite to others, others will be polite with you. It means they are not ready to accept that the receptionist could be a bit more courteous, instead, they are indirectly blaming the customer. Wow, amazing customer service here. I suggest the owner to get familiar with customer service standards. First one is to be welcoming and courteous.

Called them this morning and made a booking for 7:30 pm for my mum. She needed massage for her back. Went there on time , the door was locked. It was raining outside. Called them multiple times, left message no answer after 10 minutes. Two ladies came from inside and very rudely said. We are busy you need to wait. We can see you are here. If they can see us why they didn’t let us in specially when we had a booking and was raining outside. When they opened the door. Apparently it looked like they were busy eating food and they saw us and ignored that we are standing outside in rain. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. They said we have a sign it says we will be back and a little clock sign with only one hand on it which was aimed at 7. Who knows what their sign means. It could mean they will be back at 7 or 7:30 or in 7 minutes.They need to be more professional and let customers wait at reception specially when it’s so cold, windy and rainy outside and specially when they can see customers standing outside at least acknowledge them because customers can’t see you from outside. If you don’t want to do the job then don’t take bookings.
