Horrible service! Bloody $39/kg cherry, don’t allow you pick by yourself. The rude lady was yelling at me. Rediculous!!!

Produce here is generally of good quality and fresh, particularly the vegetables. Prices are cheap for veggies, however not much cheaper when it comes to fruit. Only criticism is it can get really tight and crowded, possibly they could look into finding ways to make more room.

The staff here are very rude and unfriendly to customers. I have been buying here almost every week. The quality of the fruits here is good, and there are many choices for customers. But I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff here. Usually, I buy a lot, so I bring a trolley to carry my purchases, but they insist that I can't use the trolley and have to use their store basket. They ask me to open my bag for them to check, even though I haven't bought anything yet (as if they think I'm stealing their merchandise). I have supported them a lot, and this is how they treat their customers. Instead of allowing their staff to behave rudely towards customers like that, they should put up a notice stating that trolleys are not allowed so that we don't have to be treated uncivilized. That's a way to avoid tarnishing the dignity of customers. We are customers who come to buy and pay honestly.""

Fresh produce, with good quality fruits.The only problem is the space is too small and crowded, not convenient if you bring a lot of stuffs with you.Also, beware of the market tactics. If you say 500g, the lady at the market would probably put 1kg in the bag (they don’t have a scale nearby to check). Stuffs are usually $$/kg not per bag, but that’s ok because the fruits in there are quite fresh.

My friends got monster lychees and yummy fruits from here! Must be a great place!

This is a large fresh fruit and veg market with lots of variety and low prices. All indoors within the shopping center. Wheelchair friendly with wide aisles and low shelving.

The largest fruit and vegetable store in Springvale currently. The display itself is a spectacle in itself. Due to their buying power the fruit quality is very good. The prices are higher at times when compared to other stores but there are alot of friendly aunties and uncles which can give you more of a bargain with abit of haggling .

Was asking the asian store assistant if they’re produce was sweet. She arrogantly replied “it’s not sweet, it’s VERY SWEET” without letting us try it(longgan and rambutan) bought some and tried at home (bitter and sour) too much for a very sweet apparently.

The staff in this store are very rude and rude, always suspecting that someone is stealing from them and one of their salespeople who has opened our shopping bags more than six times without asking! After checking my receipt, they did not apologize or even shouted at me: You should not put the receipt in your wallet
