Am so impressed with Homegas . Janelle was so lovely on the phone and helped secure a repair in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated on the coldest day of the year. Jack the technician was on time , professional, very friendly , tidy and successfully had our gas heater pumping cosy warm air. Can't reccommend them highly enough.

Great team working together to provide the best solution for the installation of my Rinnai fire place. Personalized home visit provided me with options as to the choice of product and placement of the fireplace. Instillation was completed in 6 hours by friendly knowledgeable lads. Immaculate clean up and the entire project was completed 2 weeks after my first visit to the showroom. Couldn't be happier. Don't go anywhere else. 5 star service.

I had an excellent experience with Graeme and the team from Homegas. We had a Rinnai 650 gas fireplace installed in an old small fireplace. We had a look at a working model in the showroom beforehand. Graeme came out to the house and measured up the fireplace and discussed with our builder about increasing the depth of the fireplace. Once the building works were done they came within a few days to install. The whole process was efficient and professional.

Homegas Auburn provided us with very professional service.WE had them specify, and supply and install 3 gas log fires including an external open model.We have gone thru 2 winters with magic heating and the elegance and romance of the flickering flames! My wife and I decided to go with Home gas after checking out alternative companies. From the owner to every staff member we spoke to, we were shown friendliness,excellent courtesy and patience as we navigated our way through the alternatives in home gas fires. Frankly we knew almost nothing of what we wanted or needed.Shortly after our telephone call, a young man, Josh, called us to make an appointment and duly turned up on time. We’re an elderly couple and take our time to decide what we want. Josh explained, in us much detail as we wanted, the ins and outs and the installed prices as we went through the booklets he had with him. We had been invited to go to their showroom but because of COVID, we chose to not do so. Instead they have a website which displays the range in a working state.Yesterday Josh and two other installers ( an electrician and a (gas )plumber completed the installation. It looks amazing!! He spent time patiently explaining how it works, warranty etcI highly recommend this company. By the way, we are very fussy people so for us to so full of praise says a lot!

Great company - fabulous problem solvers (thanks Janelle and Christine) - wonderful contortions for the installer trying to make sense of the limited space. Neat, clean, thorough.We have a Heat & Glo Supreme fireplace in which the fan stopped working.

We have received fantastic service and support for an issue with our Regency wood heater. It is not even a product they sell, however Janelle at Homegas has gone above and beyond. I recommend this company to anyone simply due to their benchmarking customer support.
