Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, an IHG Hotel

Hotels is very nice and clean. The rooms are oriented very well and the amenities are very nice. Hotel staff was very friend, thanks Ash for the recommendations around the neighboring area. Ill definitely come back for the next trip.

We stayed there over a school holiday weekend. We all loved the stay and the kids enjoyed well using the facilities and also some holiday special activities and lolly station. Room we were in was spacious, clean and modern. They served a proper breakfast and had many options kids loved. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. It’s a great weekend family getaway if you live in Sydney.

It's been many years since I stayed in accommodation here . so I can't rate what they are like now . I assume still pretty decent . This occasion my daughter and I went for high tea , cannot praise it enough. Service was great, and selection was pretty good . Glass of bubbly on arrival . Tea or coffee to finish off . Would definitely go back again for high tea .

Definitely the best hotel I have been too in the world!!The hotel room was amazing, the modern look to it, the feel, so warm, light and cosy.The breakfast buffet was the best, I wish I could breakfast like that everyday!The manager was so warm and inviting to everyone. She made my daughter feel special and warm. She went out of her way a number of times to give my daughter the time of the day to see how she was doing and my daughter really appreciated it and made her stay extra special.I love how they had a mother day's gift and drink on Mother's Day at the breakfast. My wife had the best Mother's Day breakfast ever and it was the day we had to check out.The room service was so delicious, had the best chicken curry and burger ever.Keep it up Crowne Hawkesbury, your special customer service makes the stay extra inviting. As my family have never experienced that before.You have the BEST Manager and that customer service to go out of your way will never be forgotten.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a good size & very quiet.Breakfast was delicious with lots of options available. The restaurant meals were amazing. We had room service which was delivered quickly & hot. I felt the bar drinks were expensive.A positive weekend stay, thank you.If I had to fault something, the bath towels are a bit small.

We attended a wedding there but did not stay. The staff were wonderful and deserve a five star rating on their own. Sadly we attended the buffet breakfast the following morning, and it was quite disappointing. For $31 a head, I expected the quality to be a lot better. Hash browns were dry, and not replenished once during the final hour. Sausages were dry, scrambled eggs were watery, orange juiced tasted strange, pineapple juice was watered down. Would not recommend.

I recently had high tea to celebrate my baby shower at the Crown Hawkesbury Valley. I was extremely impressed with my overall experience, both planning and the service I received on the day. All staff were very friendly, professional and attentive to myself and my guests. The high tea was exceptional!
