Bryce and his team were super prompt, well priced and got the job done! Had a little toy dinosaur clogging the drains. I had another plumber come and clean out the drains a few months ago, but didn’t get the toy dino out. Happy customer!

Very professional, well priced and job well done.We had mystery problems with our leaking tap which Bryce and his apprentice where able to come early the next morning before other jobs to try solve, we had a planned power outage which I forgot about which happened straight after there completion of job. Because was a mystery an extra two things came up once I could test with power. Which Bryce came and resolved promptly and professionally fixing the two other issues. And I got him to look at two other possible future jobs for us. Which I will be contacting them to do when we are ready for soon.

Malfunction of dishwasher fault find and recommendation.Bryce was very obliging. If we couldn't have a new dishwasher delivered and installed by the weekend, he would have been happy to use his trolley getting it into the unit, then installing.

I couldn’t recommend Bryce and Waterloo plumbing highly enough. My old water heater started leaking on a Sunday morning. 1 phone call and Bryce was on my doorstep within 15 minutes. He temporarily fixed the leak to get me by until new unit arrived. New heater arrived next day. Bryce came back that day and had it all installed up and running. Fast efficient and a lovely man to deal with. Will definitely call on Bryce@ Waterloo Plumbing again.

I engaged Bryce to install 1 gas hot water + 1 heat pump after my usual plumber had an emergency and was unable to work for a few weeks. Bryce showed up on time and installed the systems as required. I requested labour + material rather than a fixed price quote. He charged 5h of labour plus material for the job.

Can highly recommend Bryce from Waterloo Plumbing. I actually called Bryce by mistake as I pressed the wrong call button. I had been recommended another plumber, but I am glad I got Bryce. I had a leak that needed repairing right away and Bryce came very quickly and did a great job for a fair price. Bryce was great to communicate with.
