I have suffered life long allergies and and sensitive skin which I was told there was no medical solution for other than cortisone creams. Sarah did a food sensitivity test for me which revealed what foods triggered the issue. I have had no allergies or skin issues since changing my diet. We also completed a hormonal review with deficiencies treated naturally, this improved my energy levels, mental sharpness and helped me gain strength and stamina.
