For a dealership they where fairly priced and informed me of the further work that was found after service. Which was valid as I knew some parts needed replacing. Great staff and communication.

We have an IVECO Daily 72c that was displaying an expired 'service due' countdown, and on one occasion a 'spanner' symbol on the dash console.We were travelling enroute to Tasmania and I wanted to get the service countdown reset and also get any fault codes analysed in case there was an underlying issue.We rang ahead on the Wednesday to see if they could squeeze us in Friday afternoon and despite being very busy, they agreed to help us out.Trish (Service Officer ) and Neil (Auto Mechanic) were very helpful. Neil checked all the codes, and road tested the vehicle as well. An hour later we were on our way. Services were complimentary, no charge.Great service, highly recommended.

The manager of ISUZU in ballarat named “VINCE” is very rude and doesn’t know the manners of dealing with the customers.I recommend the future customers to not to deal with them.It’s been four months and I got no response from them regarding my refund. The guy working there told me that it will take only five days to get my money back but still nothing has been done.These guys are not even understanding the situation. When I called the head office of Isuzu, they told me to clear this matter with the branch manager but see it’s getting really frustrating now.

I just found my next vehicle there.
