Matt from Triple Point Services is fantastic and reliable. Our Aircon had stopped working and one company told us that we will need to replace the entire system. We got Matt in for a second opinion and he determined that it was a simple issue and got it fixed very quickly. We were very pleased with the service.

Matt & Triple Point Services were professional and amazing from the get go. Matt was straight down the line and was super helpful before any works even started. He replaced our old aircon with no trouble at all and we couldn’t be happier with it. We got another unit serviced too that day by his colleague and an excellent job done. Matt was always prompt in his responses, punctual and he and his team were very considerate and pleasant to deal with, & very accommodating with all of our questions. I will say amazing service and price. Wow I called and they fixed me in the next day and above all he had a part that he could give me off a air conditioner unit that I needed and it not costing me $1000 wow that’s kind helpful and great service. We came to Matt with a real challenge. Our onboard fridge in our mobile coffee van was kaput. Due to the design of the van the fridge couldn't be removed. Matt was able to replace the 'guts' of the fridge (new compressor etc) in a very confined space. Good service & communication, recommended.
