This place caught our attention as we were going to Halls Gaps Zoo. On our return trip we stopped to enjoy the delicious ice creams. They had more than 34 flavors. Long queue before you can get your hands on the lovely delight. Kids and adults enjoyed the flavor and the home made waffle cone. Don't miss out if you are in halls gaps.

Over 30 flavours to choose from with real waffle cones made on site. This place is busier than a Melbourne supermarket, bringing lots of satisfied looks and smiles from those walking away with their ice creams. I can testify to the delicious crunchy salted caramel. They make ordering simple by defining a few steps ahead of time and I found their prices very reasonable. Very friendly staff and a lovely touch of optional sprinkles and chocolate mini mouse" topping for the kids. Lots of casual

This place gets busy during those peak holiday periods. At Easter there was a queue 10 deep outside the shop - that shows how popular it is.Located in the centre of Halls Gap as part of the Stony Creek Stores area, here you’ll find a nice array of ice cream. I’ve included a photo of the most delicious 3 scoop cone! You can also buy cold drinks, lollies as well as hot food such as hot dogs and waffles.Prices are reasonable considering Halls Gap is a little remote. Staff are great and extremely helpful, serving everyone with a smile.Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram and stroller accessible. Good parking across the road.

Enjoyed the ice cream after a long walk around the area. Delicious and refreshing. Lots of options. It was expensive a double scoop for $7.50 though.Service from the window was quite robotic with no scene of human interactions. Don’t expect a smile.

Any visit to Halls Gap is not complete without a stop at Coolas for an ice-cream.We were camping as a large family group with lots of kids and they were tickled pink at the selection and choice.After trying nearly all their flavours after several stops I've come to the conclusion there is no wrong selection here all their flavours are great!My favourites after everything is still the rum raisin, white chocolate raspberry and mango. Sorbets I really enjoyed their blood orange.There really is no best time to go, there is queue out the front generally most of the time were visiting but they get through the crowds very well and there's even a water fountain and plenty of public seating nearby.

We were luckily enough to get a scoop before they closed and skip the long lines. I got the Irish cream, it was so creamy and delicious. It's definitely worth stopping for a scoop and watching the wandering kangaroos hop by!

Must get the home made waffle cones! Goes well with any of their plentiful ice cream flavours they offer. Prices are reasonable. Perfect to have on a hot summer's day! Line can get quite long quickly but it is worth the wait.

Extensive range of ice cream this place gets a HUGE line during peak times so come early! So many flavours and the order system seems reasonably quick enough. Waffle cones are made there apparently but taste the same as any others!

I wish I could write a better review, given the friendly service I received. I wouldn't recommend the Choc-Orange or the Lemon-Lime sorbet unfortunately. Choc orange was average, a bit on the bland side, but I found the lemon-lime sorbet was unenjoyable and it ended up in the bin. It was sticky and stringy- didn't seem like a typical sorbet texture. The neon green swirls didn't help - seemed very artificial.I find it strange though that we can't go in and view the flavours prior to purchase. I definitely would have chosen differently if I'd seen the ice cream prior.
