Rayville Boat Houses

Spent 4 lovely nights here with my family. Plenty of space in our villa( with upstairs terrace!). Bedrooms and bathroom downstairs with living and kitchen up top. Free use of kayaks and boogie boards with the beach and harbour 5mins away. Firewood is supplied everyday for the woodburner. Car parking is alittle tight , but we got a Territory in there no probs. Appliances probably need an update but im really nitpicking here! Amanda was great and very helpful. Would definitely go back, and would recommend. Cheers, K and R.

Comfortable, cozy, clean. Would be a nice place to rug up in the winter if it had some privacy. All the doors and windows look directly in to the identical adjoining cottages, which are only a couple meters apart. It is a tight complex where you are really on top of your neighbors, although it was comfortable with all the blinds closed, that kind of spoils the point of being away. Wish ad was clearer about the density of this complex and lack of privacy. Would not stay again for this reason.

My Penthouse" weekend stay was appallingly woeful. Place was in dilapidated condition. Roof was leaking in heavy rains resulting in serious knee injuries happening to me. Live in host Amanda conceded awareness of the leak

This was our second stay here and we loved it. Nikki and Craig were so welcoming and friendly! Apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed for our weekend away. Location is amazing as it's a very easy walk into town, and the local golf course is just across the road! We especially loved the woodfire...perfect for a romantic weekend. Highly recommend

My family and I stayed here for a night. It was the perfect location and walking distance to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. The accommodation was lovely and clean. Communication with the host was friendly and welcoming .

We stayed during mid April in a unit with 3 bedrooms and a top deck with a view. The unit was dated but very clean. There was a lovely wood fireplace we used in the morning and we had our coffees and breakfast on the deck. It was perfect. The bedrooms had radiant heat units which made them very cozy. The bathroom was large with a combination tub/ shower. We drove to the 12 Apostles on the full day. We walked a short distance into town for dinner. An amazing beach was a short walk away. There was even a church within a few
minutes walk for Sunday mass. We also used the on-site washer and dryer which was very convenient. In would recommend this accommodation. It is not a 5 star hotel but very comfortable and clean. Some of the cooking pans/pots need to be replaced and housekeeping did that for us.

Booking last minute was easy. Easy to find and the location was great. Even though the rooms were self serviced they could have been a little more generous with the inclusions for the price. Tea and coffee etc. Bathroom windows also faced a commonly used walkway for the other guests but only half of them were frosted which may allow someone on the outside to see in while you're enjoying the spa bath.

I love this place ! Really do & have stayed here on a few occasions.I highly recommend the penthouse cottage for a relaxing rest . Close to the golf course , beach , harbour & shops .And the history of the boat houses is very well worth following up , very interesting indeed . Excellent 5 stars for views & luxurious dwelling and amenities.
