Shape Reformer Pilates
I’ve done a few classes and they have been awesome. The instructors were great!!! Recommend everyone to come and give it a try. Your actually using muscles in many different ways. Looking forward to doing another session!!!

Shape Reformer Pilates
Never participated in reformer Pilates before and I have to say I loved my first class. The instructor was amazing and explained everything I needed to know throughout the class.I can honestly say I used muscles I didn’t know existed. Can wait for my next class.

This was an amazing class and really great space - equipment seemed very new and only 10 spots so the instructor ran a class with adjustments & more challenging variations whilst still being able to check your alignment! Tina was an amazing instructor and I worked up a sweat despite the 45 min length of the class, I’ll be back!
