Poorly layed carpet not even 12mths old $3000 later and carpet lefting already. Rang them a mth ago in regards to the carpet lifting job not finished and they have not rang back will not use them again next time i will go to mildura for my carpet.

Iain at Big River Carpets was very knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with. They have a great range of products for all budgets, BUT! the contractor they use to lay and install our floor was inexperienced. The basic lay was ok but the finishing off was very poor, and it took WEEKS for them to come back and complete the job to my satisfaction. Communication was ordinary. Buyer beware!
