I can't recommend Snap Port Melbourne highly enough! The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Kim is incredible to work with! No job is ever an issue. The BEST customer service. I've been using Snap for a number of years now for all my business printing requirements and wouldn't go anywhere else!

The team at Snap Port Melbourne are always so helpful! Anyone I've dealt with there has always taken the time to make sure everything is correctly sized and formatted before going ahead and printing, and given me opportunity to make changes or ask questions. Arthur who helped with my most recent order, went above and beyond to get everything I needed in time for a short turnaround, and my printing was delivered to my house on the same day that payment was made!

I regularly utilise Snap Port Melbourne for my printing. I could not recommend Kim and the team there more! The service is wonderful and the printing work is second to none. But what I love most about the place is the sense of family you feel when you walk in there. Kim in particular always has time to stop and chat and so is very giving with her time even when she's busy.

Overall, I'm happy with the service. Snap offered a quick service, competitive pricing and when a few minor quality issues were found in some of my prints, Snap were very proactive in resolving so overall I am happy with the quality. I will definitely use them again next time my business needs printing - a vastly better service than Officeworks
