Lovely new Manager, helpful and friendly. Love the pool , clean, fresh and lots of chairs to put you things on. There's the cutest camp kitchen which unfortunately needs a really good clean, laundry and also a playground with swings for the kids. One of the swings was broken while we were there but nobody made any effort to fix it. There's a tv room too with comfy chairs and loads of books. I just wish they would keep the place a little cleaner. Lots of spiders webs and hair etc in the bathrooms. Yuk

The reception is nice. And the primitive sites are big. Everything else is bad. If you come here you will regret it. The management tries to keep things clean. But the door is broke. Pool out of service. Camp kitchen closed. Only 2 showers and toilets per gender. 1 Kitchen area in the front of park too small to call it that. Plus everything is coated with bugs . THIS CAMP NEEDS UPDATING. It's not worth 20per person at all. Whoever owners this park FIX IT UP! ITS GARBAGE I've traveled around Australia for 2 years. This place is the worst I've been too

Nice camping place, very friendly staff, neat places in clean and green with enough space to neighbors, small playground, also BBQ area and library room and kitchen next to Pool (which is not allowed to use due to maintenance).Worth the money, we extended our stay there, as it was nice and convenient.

Great place. We were in the unpowered site 15 and it was flat, large enough and close to the toilet.However, the kitchen was too small and always full of people. Also, at 8am all showers had cold water - a bit disappointing considering that the park was full and everyone was ready for a morning shower.

Pros: love the ensuite which is dated but spacious and clean.Ensuite site very spacious and feels private.Cons: pool not operational.Laundry in need of a yellow light to deter the many bugs that covered the ceiling and floor and washing machines. Would save the cleaner a bit of work cleaning them up.All in all we did enjoy our stay immensely.

Best service we've had so far. Everything was fully booked so we ended up here. Turns out it was cheaper than most campings which was a nice surprise. I agree that some things could use an upgrade but everything works fine.. Could even do our laundry for only 4 dollars. And shout out to the reception lady from yesterday, she absolutely made our day!

This rating due to the excellent service and comfortable rapport that the managers (Gary & Lyn) bring to the park.Yes, the facilities are old and run down but the en-suite we were provided with was very clean.As it turned out, we had been held up and, after a phone call explaining our circumstances, Gary & Lyn kept the office open until after 7.Since, at the time, I was incapacitated Gary parked up the caravan for us in a demonstration of skilful manoeuvrability.Thanks guys; well worth the reasonable price charged.

Arrived to a powered site that was faulty ,ended up needing to put lead to another site . Luckily we had an extensionAmenities limited and need to to be updated ,Men's were in a extremely poor stateAll we could smell was sewage!!!Swimming pool out of actionTravel noise high but you can live with thatThis camping ground needs a lot love and money .Priced to high for what you getOnly recommend if there is no where else to stay

Staff were friendly and the ensuite sites were a good size with large concrete pad. Overall the park is a little tired compared to others in town.

Acclaim Pine Grove Holiday Park
The lady at reception was absolutely so lovely, kind and warm. Extremely accomadating. Even upgraded our room. Went out of her way to phone us so we didn't miss reception time. Cabin was comfortable, clean and neat. This caravan park needs a higher rating then it has.
