The bms in my 300ah battery was faulty. I was travelling past the factory and organised to drop in to have it fixed. The communication and service was first class. Fixed within a day. Great company to deal with. Thanks guys!!!

Products might be great, if they work, but after sales service is utterly appalling! Ignore the glamour of their sponsored traveling families and stay away!! They are not worth the stress. When you ask around our story is quite common with Enerdrive. There are many other companies out there creating similar products who invest in service. We foolishly thought by going with them we would have the reliability of a good name behind the product if anything went wrong, as we are living in our van, it was the total reverse. Don’t make our mistake!Enerdrive refused to admit there was anything wrong with their brand new system; firstly they told us it was how we were using the set up and mucked us around for months, then they made our caravan company completely rewire our brand new van twice. One of these happened on Christmas Eve, it was very stressful.Finally when that still didn’t work and two separate auto electricians were telling them it was their battery they made us pay for a new one (close to $4000, so we could still live in our van) that would be shipped to us so we could send them the old one and they could see if there was anything wrong and IF there was an error we would be refunded, because we still weren’t believed! We were told this would be seamless, the battery would go back to their factory and checked in a matter of a week or so. Wrong again. We had to ring every step of the way. We had to ring to see if the new battery had arrived, a week later when we followed up we discovered the old battery still hadn’t been collected from where we were asked to leave it. Then we had to ring and contact them repeatedly to find out what was happening with the old battery and if we would be refunded. Eventually we were told that our original battery was faulty, but there was no apology for the months of being mucked around and stress and issues it had caused when we were meant to be setting out on a huge adventure. When no refund was forth coming It was only when I sent them an email requesting interest charges for the money they had held for so long that we were finally refunded for the battery and installation (although even that required yet another email.)So again, don’t believe the hype, stay away and find a company that provides customer after purchase service, Enerdrive is not that company!!

We had a problem with our invertor and Mario helped us wonderfully so. He had us up and running just from guidance with a phone call.I would give 10 stars if it was possible.Thanks again Mario

I want to thank Anton for the time he spent and effort he went to helping to rectify a problem I had with my car charging my lithium battery in my van. He welcomed my phone enquiries and spent time with me at Tingalpa with Marius ascertaining my wiring issue.in the car. Really appreciate such support.

Hi. I recently had trouble with my DC/DC charger. When I rang Enerdrive Tingalpa they were very helpful and took my details as I advised them that I would come to their business later that day and will bring the faulty DC/DC charger with me. When I arrived they had a new DC/DC charger waiting for me to collect, with my name on the box. Since fitting the new charger everything is operating well. I have Enerdrive gear - 980w solar panels, 2 x DC/DC chargers, 2 x AC chargers, 2 Tristar 60amp controllers etc and this is the first time I've had a problem with any of their gear. Enerdrive support was fantastic, I had an issue with my DC DC charger, they were on to it straight away and sent me the details to return it. Its pity I had an issue with it in the first place but these things happen. I certainly am very impressed with their follow up service. Great effort Enerdrive, I love your products and your after sales service.
