We came to Iluka for a long weekend and after having been spoken to so rudely in IGA bottle shop, I felt I wanted to go home. Then we popped into Iluka bottlemart not expecting to buy anything were greeted by Sheree and my experience of Iluka changed. The staff were friendly and non discrimitive and we bought way more then we were expecting to based on the service , price and joy of such hospitality. thank you for making a possible terrible experience in Iluka wonderful. All the people that work here are great and always have been, I cannot say that for Robert though. I find him to be very rude and arrogant, and that is being kind.Twice I have been overcharged, the first time Robert blamed that on a young person that worked in the shop. Yesterday I went to this shop, Robert was very rude, agitated and aggressive, He said get out of my shop"

Great little bottle shop! Wide selection of beers, including local craft beers. Friendly and knowledgeable owners. Well worth a visit!!
