Pink Roofing

Have used Pink roofing for a number of properties and different types of roofing works. Started out good but over time Shaun kept coming up with excuses as to why he couldn't come and do work or check work he had done that was leaking. He got very aggressive when I asked him to check part of the kitchen roof he had replaced and denied it would have been his or his other team members fault even though they did the work. I ended up having to get another roofer to come and fix the poor work Pink roofing had done, there were screws missing and the flashing was installed properly. One the other company fixed Pink roofing's poor work we never had another leak. After this was all done and repaired I checked my phone and there was a pattern of excuses from Shaun over the couple of years we used him, very unprofessional and I would never recommend Pink roofing to anyone.

Shawn and the team did a fantastic job making a tired run down place look brand new again!! Very professional and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone. A job very well done! Thanks again.

We were totally stuffed around by Shawn. He gave a quote via email without doing a site inspection. I thought this was odd as no other roofer has done this in my experience. I explained to him that the job wasn't straight forward and sent him photos to illustrate. I also included details regarding the job needing to be done over two separate days/times. He increased his initial quote by a few hundred dollars which I thought was fair. He then said if I accepted the quote he would come out and measure and then proceed to do the job. We accepted his quote and knocked back others. Shawn came out to measure and told me he would be available the following week to start. But I didn't hear from him so I followed up with an email. He responded by saying he was withdrawing the quote due to the degree of difficulty" but told me he could revise it (yet again). I asked for his revised quote and he came back with a quote that was $1000 more! I was furious. I gave Shawn ALL the detail regarding the job and to increase it by this amount is unacceptable. AND without even having the courtesy to tell me to my face when he came on site.The cherry on the cake: When we accepted the first quote

Terrible customer service, if I used cash to line my gutters it probably would have done a better job stopping water leaks than pink roofing repairs. They won't own up to their shoddy work and certainly won't uphold their warranty.BUSINESSES BEWARE - if you have a disagreement with pink roofing they will leave NEGATIVE reviews on your own business as payback!

Friendly, courteous service. Arrived at nominated time. Work was completed with additional work conducted at no extra charge. Reasonably priced. I have no hesitation recommending Pink Roofing and would use them again for any of my roofing needs.

Repair work originally done last year, lasted no more than 2-3 months. Had great difficulty getting in touch, but finally reluctantly agreed to come out and repair what should have been done properly the first time. This time it lasted a little bit longer but still not as long as you’d expect from a proper permanent fix. Got in touch again and this time was told they would not honour warranty and was not open for discussion. Not answering calls anymore now.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn on a couple of occasions. We did not end up working together but felt leaving a review would help him along the way of further business. Keep up the great work!

Pink Roofing replaced our pergola roof recently. Shaun was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him. We are very happy with the quality of the work and have no hesitation in recommending Pink Roofing.

I received a prompt quote which we accepted followed up by speedy professional service and taking the time to ensure we received the correct style of product in the right colour then Jason arrived on time to remove the old guttering and install the new guttering which met all our expectations.
