Nasser and his team are true professionals. Provided reasonable quote and advised what could be done for roof pressure clean and removed gutter guards and replaced a section of gutter. Turned up on times given worked hard no fuss, and cleaned up after each job. Integrity so rare these days. Value and apreciate their work before more rain. Even when injured provides messages to communicate the job dates etc. Will definitely use again when they are free. Thanks much Nasser and team!HIGHLY recommend!

We had a great experience engaging Nassa to replace our aluminium roof. At first his quote was higher but with the strong reviews we decided to go with him anyway. He promised he would discount if there were no surprises and also look for cost savings through materials.He delivered on his promise, the price came down significantly and he managed to source high quality used materials. Nassa is great from Empire Roofing and has his son Joe (who is all about customer care) and equally Allie who is also great. I researched roofers and I found these guys - EXCEPTIONABLE !!! Why go to anybody else. They quoted over the phone but I wanted to sure that they understood what was needed and around they came (the story/quote was the same). Did the the job despite the Sydney storms which did so much damage elsewhere, so must have had heaps on. Communication is great and result is EXCELLENT. Had a fantastic experience with Nassa and Empire Roofing doing a full restoration and repaint of a concrete tile roof. Nassa is a lovely guy and probably the most responsive tradesperson I've ever dealt with, always responding to calls and texts very quickly and happily coming over to discuss things in person. He definitely goes the extra mile for his customers which is quite rare. I'd recommend this business without any hesitation.

Nassa is a hard man to get a hold of because he and Ali are so good at what they do! They took our 40+ year old concrete tiled roof and made it look brand new again. Ali is a magician!!! Their attention to detail is first rate and as you can see from the photos the finished product is outstanding. He'll be flat out due to all the bad weather we've had in Sydney recently but if you can get Nassa on the phone and get him to restore your roof you won't be disappointed.

I found Empire Roofing through google reviews and the results were not wrong! I found Nassar to be very professional and honest about the work he provides. Unlike many tradies he also tried his best to clean up the mess that many usually leave behind.The first job he did for me was a roof repair, removing skylights and an old antenna and some leaks which he did very quickly and well. The next job I asked him to was to reseal and respray my roof in preparation for the installation of solar panels.He did a great job and wrapped it up in 2 days, also offering a 10 year warranty on his work. He also let me change my choice of colour to respray the night before which he believed was the correct colour choice.Definitely a good idea to ask him his thoughts on your roof and considering everything he says to be from somebody with a lot of roofing experience. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of service he provides by his team.
