I've always supported this business even during covid ... Im always for supporting local businesses .. Wether it's a cake or just a coffee purchase..Today.. I came by .. yes there were customers in front of me and I wasn't expecting to be served right away... was just after a price of a particular product which will only take seconds... no point waiting if I'm not gonna end up purchasing ..Rude male attendant just brushed me off right away...with a sarcastic look and rude tone- even the customer in front of me was surprised on how he reacted...u can still be polite regardless if ur busy or under pressure...Won't be purchasing at this particular franchise ever againDoesn't even deserve a 1 star

Pre ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and yet they sold us an extremely stale cake. Very disappointed.I took the cake back to them the next day. They told me that they would send it for testing and call me back in 2 days.Never heard from them!

They are unable to talk calls, hanging up saying call later we are busy. Lol wth is that ?Staff have zero customer service skills. Thanks for hanging me for thrice but you guys couldnt take my order cause you guys were busy.

Purchased this unicorn cake over the weekend and the look of this cake is horrible. When I picked up the cake and queried why the horn is not standing up the staff said that's how the cake is and wasn't very interested and cared what was said. Also when I opened the cake it wasn't smooth as you can see from the picture. Will defiantly not buy cakes from here ever again. Very disappointed...

We ordered cake through cheese cake but they ditched us last minutes by canceling our order totally unprofessional for cheesecake Taylors lake. We ordered through Ferguson they accepted our ordered wrote it so well on Box regarding Anniversary and got cake delivered in half hour. Amazing experience with these people. I rang the restaurant and thank them for such an incredible customer service experience we had.Thanks once again.

There is a gentleman that works for Ferguson Plarre in Caroline Springs that is very rude. I have been there twice, for a birthday cake and a pie and both times he has rolled his eyes at me and sighed heavily as if I'm a nusience. I will not be going back there again.
