I have purchased a 1 year old property built by Sheridon Homes. I had a lot of apprehensions about how the warranty services would be provided due to ownership transfer. But I was amazed by their post construction support. Pinar from the Warranty team is very patient and responsive. From the trade side Tyrone has shown great work ethics and workmanship. Always on time and completes the job with absolute perfection. Thank you so much, you are an amazing team.

One of worst experience building my first home and dealing with this company. This has caused me a lot of financial stress. From the beginning till the end has been absolutely horrible and words can’t express what this have caused me. Please do not build with Royston Home. Stay away from this company.

Built with them and referred friends to them as well and we all find them easy and simple to deal with. Royston is just a new banner of them but seemed that they have been out there for long. Prices were not bad with sound finish.

3 month delay, multiple mistakes on-site causing further delays and refusal to abide by the contract regarding Liquidated Damages. The office team do not respond to emails, send invoicing prior to works being completed and swap out the promised finishes with cheaper alternatives. Also, tradespeople are stretched because they have accepted too many contracts. Unapologetic and unprofessional.

A Huge Delay. Very Poor quality. No one wants to take a responsibility of the construction defects after hand over.Please please please stay away if you care for your hard earned money and want a mental peace. Extremely poor service and no response at all. Façade broken, stains on carpet, broken glasses on landscape, unfinished landscaping and many more.
