Intuitive Yoga
I am a 73 year old retiree and recently had a private yoga session with Gina from Intuitive Yoga. I was tentative about my upcoming session because I have a replaced hip and back problems. Gina looked after me so well and, although I was challenged, I was never worried or anxious about my body holding up. I would encourage anyone in a similar situation to contact Gina and organise a session. She is a truly excellent instructor with extensive knowledge and a wonderful and caring nature. I walked out from our session not only a little straighter but with a positive attitude and new energy for life.

Intuitive Yoga
Gina makes me feel very welcome and relaxed in her intuitive yoga classes. With her soothing voice and gentle flow I feel both stronger and deeply released after a session with her. I can only recommend her.

Intuitive Yoga
A beautiful yoga session with a truly relaxing, yet powerful experience with beautiful delicate scented candles, light music and overall immersion into yoga. Highly recommended and haven't missed a class yet! A true focus on affirmations and self love. Wonderful.
