Smart energy answers was definitely a great recommendation by my friend who had also used them.The sales person I spoke to Oren was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommending me a new replacement inverter for my existing system. He didn't try to up sell me anything. I ended up going back to him asking for more solar panels and a battery system. We now have a 10kw solar system with 15kw in battery storage. The installers were all very good at what they do and the installation was really neat. Very happy with what we have.Only slight downside was they only had 1 battery during original installation had to wait for another 2 to come in from China which took a few months with delayed shipping. But if I am to install more solar systems or batteries I'd definitely use them again

The team on the ground were excellent. Very knowledgable and the quality of the installation work was very high. Information and follow up from head office was comprehensive but not intrusive.The system we now have in place is excellent and we have had no issues at all in the first 6 weeks of operation.Would recommend SEA for premium services of the highest quality.

Clear communication, great service, friendly team, installed the system (panels. micro-inverters) in a day as promised, high quality work, went above and beyond to provide a superb customer experience. Would give 6 stars if I could. Note: a friend also had a similarly positive experience with his installation (panels, inverter, Tesla battery, car charger).

I recently had SEA installed my solar system. My experience with the various people from consulting to installation and to support have been good. Every person I've dealt with have always been polite and professional. When I have questions and if they cannot provide an answer at that point and say they will ring me back, you can be assured that they always do. Would definitely recommend this company.

This company has to be one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. From my initial phone call up until today when I received a call asking me if I was happy with the experience. The support staff are great, easy to deal with and knowledgeable about the product. The installers, wow, professional, courteous, talk about knowing their jobs, each and every one of them just got on with the installation and did it perfectly. I can't recommend the company and their staff highly enough.

Smart Energy Answers was one of several companies we investigated when considering adding a battery to our solar panels. We had a lot to learn and took our time making a decision but in the end found the product offering and pricing from Smart Energy Answers suited us best. We found them extremely helpful and patient; the install was as expected, handled professionally. The phone app has been easy to use, helping us track our energy consumption. And all for a reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with our decision or the result.

We are so happy with our new solar system and battery, the whole process from sales / Quotes was easy informative and helpful without any hit of pressure, as for the installation it only toke about 2 days to complete with the 1st day was wait to start with so the did the ground work cables etc, very tidy with all cables hidden in walls and roof.The customer service is fantastic from day on until know over a month after the job completed, the followed all process keep us inform every few day vi email and phone call.We already advice our friends who wanted the same setup sola system as ours with Smart Energy Answer and they are going ahead with it.We are so happy with the product the company and the whole process.

Update: upon submission of this review, i was contacted by their manager within 24 hrs who apologised and admitted that it was in error that the refund was not processed. Since then, I have received a prompt refund which is some conciliation.Thank you--------------------------------------------------The initial customer service by Marcus was good up until we paid the deposit. This was then followed by weeks (6-8weeks) of silence. Finally they gave us a date for installation however cancelled within 24hrs of planned installation date.Their rep called to confirm cancellation stating the installer had an emergency. To my surprise, that same day the installer rings me to say that SEA had cancelled the job because they did not book properly. Feels terrible that I was lied to. Spoke to one of their managers and told him I want a refund which he agreed to. Months later still no refund and multiple emails unanswered.Avoid at all cost.
