Eternity Tile Bath Home

We used Eternity Tiles for my elderly fathers ensuite bathroom and we had such a lovely experience in dealing with them from start to finish. We went to their showroom in Malaga and had the help of Vivi who is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She took her time with my dad who had a lot of questions and a few changes which were able to be altered with no problems. We had done a big kitchen renovation elsewhere a few months prior which caused a lot of anxiety for my father. However, using the help of Vivi for his bathroom renovation had put his mind at ease. We only purchased their products and used our own tradies for the job but everything with Eternity Tiles went smoothly for us. I highly recommend you consider them in your bathroom renovations and visit their showroom.Note: We purchased everything in the shower except the mirror and tallboy cabinet.

I got some hexagon tiles from here, when I got them home I noticed alot of them had chips and deformities. I worked around it and used what I could. I went back there to show them pictures and tell them about the problem, the lady made me feel like I was lying about it and instead of giving me even 1 replacement, she told me to go back home and bring them to her, I couldn't be bothered driving and wasting MORE time so I just bought some replacements. I made sure I checked them before leaving, and we had to go through 6 tiles before I found 1 without a chip or deformity. Even with this clear showing while was standing next to me, she STILL refused to compensate me and I had to pay for them or drive back home. Its a real shame because it probably costs them nothing but time to tell the supplier that the tiles are not good, but instead she decided to make me feel like a lier and just was generally not helpful. WILL NOT GO BACK.

I visited Eternity Tiles recently and met two fantastic people (I am sure there are others who work there also), firstly Joey, she is one of the owners and she was passionate, knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her, Victoria looks after the display & manages the tiles and like Joey new everything about tiles and also did everything she could to help answer all our questions.Eternity Tiles have the best range of tiles to cater for everyone, you just got to go in and see for yourselves.They have all the usual sizes of tiles that other places have but they also stock fantastic ranges of 300x600, 800x800 and right upto 1200 and 1500 tile formats will be in stock soon and their samples look fantastic!Victoria also arranged for tilers to lay the tiles to our Ensuite & Powder Room (Keens Tiling) which was great as she arranged for the quantities so the whole job could be done, than you to all at Eternity Tiles.PS Lots of pictures to come :-)

Small place but has a reasonable selection of tiles (will need to speak with someone to see most as many are tucked away in cupboards with a small amount on display upstairs). My wife and I found tiles here to suit our kitchen that have proven very nice. One of the few not simply selling the same designs as elmost everyone else.

We renovated two bathrooms and did the demolition ourselves. We were referred to Eternity Tile for their tiles and bathroom fittings. After our first visit to their showroom we did not need to go anywhere else. One stop shop! excellent service from the start. Both Joey and Shokoh were very professional and knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised when Joey offered their services to tile both bathrooms as well. We we so glad cause we were leading up to Xmas (2021) and all the other tilers were fully booked and not to mentioned their unreasonable pricing! Couldn't recommend Eternity Tiles highly enough.

I have a wonderful experience shopping at Eternity Tile Bath N Home! I was recommended to go to their showroom to checkout their bathroom accessories. I was attended by a lovely sales assistant Vivi, who was both attentive to my needs and knowledgeable to her products.Vivi was very helpful, even going above and beyond to help me in the renovation of my bathroom. Eternity also has their team of tillers that can do the demolition and tiling for me! It was so helpful in my situation as I work full time. Thank you Mr. Chen for organising the tilers who has done an amazing job and thank you Vivi for giving me such a pleasant experience dealing with Eternity.

Joey was very professional in explaining the differences in quality btw porcelain and ceramic tiles... happy with the tiles we choose together and the guys did a wonderful job. A very reliable team. Happy overall!!
