Common guysI normally don’t do this but this is a RIP OFFF !!!I had my 2020 MacPro had some water spilled and I booked in so after 3 days I took it there. The staff were nice saying this and that which is there job so it’s alright as they are doing their job. And after 5 days I get a invoice saying the screen and motherboard and BLAHH BLAHH damaged. And had they bill for freaking $1800. NOTE: In $1600 I can buy a brand new MacBook Pro. Anyways After two weeks as I was about to chuck it I tried to open it it had been tried to reset which I could clearly see and now it’s all off a sudden it’s working completely fine. And I am not a professional or a Tec-Guy. I still have those invoice were it stated all the damages.COMPLETELY RIP OFFFTAKE YOUR BUSINESSES ELSEWARE.Doing this review from the same Mac that needed $1800 freaking dollar to repair in which costs $1600 to get brand new.THANKS BUT NO THANKS

I’m a little disappointed as I brought my MacBook in to get repaired and was advised it would take 3-5 business days. A week later I called to follow up and was told that they haven’t started the process as there was a system error and I needed an existing repair ID closed. I would have appreciated it if they had told me sooner as I needed my MacBook for work. I had to take my MacBook back and get it fixed at the Apple Store.

Attention to detail is poor. Just interested in taking a $60 fee without looking for the problem. Out of warranty monitor taken there to resolve a no power issue. Advised it was a board issue & no parts available. Took it to another repairer who took the the time to demonstrate there was no problem with it. Just needed an adapter.

I have had had multiple deals with this company and can say nothing less than WOOOW.. every experience I’ve had was smooth and they always go above and beyond! My main dealings have been with Marcus and he has done everything possible, each time I’ve returned, to make the process seamless and easy for me. After shopping around, the pricing was the best I could come across as well! Highly recommend, I have already to family and friends as well!

I was really dreading the process of going through insurance. Revive technology was great they went out of their way to simplify the process.Everything was repaired to standard. I was extremely satisfied. If I had to complain about anything it's that the coffee I drank while I was waiting for the repair was a bit sweet.Other than that, smiling staff, simplification and straight to the point solutions made my day.
