OceanSense Freediving - Sunshine Coast

I did the Free-diving level 1 training last weekend at the Sunshine Coast. The course was well structured with the right amount of theory and practice. The trainers were lovely and very dedicated and encouraging. Overall I had a great day!

Not much can be said to explain how good this retreat is.Oceansense has made the time and experience something you'll never forget, highly recommended and I will be doing more not only for the experience of it but the experience and knowledge of all the instructors etc involved.. loved it and thank you to everyone there for every minute spent while around you.

Ocean sense retreat number 2 ! This time as an instructor I had the pleasure to visit Amed and Ocean Prana with the team again! With an amazing group of people this trip is just incredible. The diving is awesome the diversity of the group just inspiring and we had so much fun. Ocean Sense runs a. Well oiled machine that is taliored to suit anyone of any age with an interest in freediving. Catering for every level and everyone you can not go wrong. Value you for money is an understatement! I have made new friends for live and bonded further with my old ones! Thank you for filling my life cup to the brim!

The OceanSense crew are amazing! They give you confidence when it comes to training and you’re guaranteed to have a laugh as well at some point. After being certified by them I now go out regularly and continuously have an awesome time with them. They have such a deep rooted love for freediving that’s infectious and will always cheer your achievements

I recently completed a freediving course with OceanSense, and it was an incredible experience. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, and they provided a safe and enjoyable learning environment.The course covered all of the essential skills and knowledge that I needed to become a confident and competent freediver. We learned about safety protocols, breath-holding techniques, and the proper use of freediving equipment, and we had the opportunity to practice these skills in the water.One of the things that I appreciated most about the course was the emphasis on personal growth and development. The instructors encouraged us to push ourselves and to challenge our own limitations, and they provided guidance and support every step of the way.By the end of the course, I felt much more confident and comfortable in the water, and I had developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and power of the ocean. I highly recommend OceanSense to anyone interested in learning to freedive, and I look forward to continuing my journey with them in the future.Also Jenna Black is probably the best instructor out there! Great addition to the team!

We had an amazing experience with Ocean SenseFreediving. As older participants in our 50's we had some reservations we could be left behind.All the Ocean Sense instructors were so skillful,thoughtful,friendly and attentive. We always felt included and could progress at our own pace.They checked in with us daily always on hand to impart knowledge and suggestions. This improved our learning as well as our experience.A great team that we highly recommend.
