Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have bought a few products from this mob, 1st job was airbag suspension and light bar to be wired up, send an e-mail confining the job was still booked in and asked a question about the product, never got a response. got the car back and was told sorry no time to do the light bar and to book it back in. Was not happy but gave them the benefit of the doubt, Spoke to the guys about future plans and best set up and asked for quotes for each stage, never received the quotes, rang up and reminded them and still never got them so had to ring twice chasing them up, Then ordered side steps a month pass, follow up e-mail and phone call was told would get back to me, never got back to me, then got the rock sliders and had some issues with installing, rang and spoke to the salesperson who was going to follow up with the installers and get back to me, yep never heard back from him after 2 phone calls. I then had to book the car in to have the rock sliders installed at another Ironman dealership (they look great) but more money and now I am getting TJM bulbar installed next week.Edit, I have since received a phone call with a formal apology and to their credit an offer to make it right unfortunately I have not taken them up on the offer as I now have most things sorted on the car and it’s not exactly around the corner from my house, but I did appreciate the phone call and opportunity to discuss the service and their offer to make it right.I would like to point out that they seem to be the only mob that offer a loan car and that does make life allot easier.

Amazing super helpful staff, great selection of products I cannot speak highly enough of the level of customer service I received, it is refreshing to have a business that actually cares about there customers. I will be definitely going back here in future. Recommend these guys 100%
