I have known Julie Murray for many years with her looking after our properties.. Julie moved and we couldn’t at the time and boy was that a mistake.. now we r back with Julie and her new home at ReMax! So glad to being looked after again.. Recently sold an investment property through RE/MAX Living, who had been providing the Property Management for 2 years. Was feeling pretty confident, until the building and pest inspection was conducted. The property was a tip, and there were many maintenance problems that we knew nothing about, despite regular inspections by RE/MAX. Cost us thousands to get the property to a reasonable state and was completely embarrassed. Not sure why they did inspections, and still didn’t notice the broken downpipes, holes in walls, broken cornices etc. Made us feel that the state of the property was our fault. Property Manager had lots of excuses, and owner was apologetic. Seems they have to say sorry a lot. They made lots of money from us and could only manage to leave a voice mail congratulating themselves. A very very very negative experience. Choose someone else to manage your property.

We were with Remax Living for nearly 2 years and most recently we got to know Candice, she was such a pleasure to have by our side and so helpful. She always replied quickly with a phone call or an email and we found her so easy to talk to and very approachable.

Cate Thomas (Remax Burpengary) is the best Property Manager I have ever had the privilege of encountering in over 30 years of renting. Communication over the past 4 years and willingness to work with me and address issues quickly and openly,as well as being a friendly and professional woman. It's a shame I had to move away from Cate and Remax in my new rental but Cate is a great asset to Remax. Can not commend highly enough!
