Forgot to order my part .Have been waiting over a month for my dishwasher to be repaired .Still waiting for a call back from Monday when part was supposed to arrive. Now have no dishwasher over Easter and family coming down. Not happy at all. Horrible service. Do not recommend

Hopeless. The technician arranged twice to come to repair an appliance, and had me waiting all afternoon on both occasions without turning up at the arranged time. On the second occasion it was actually the manager, Rob Hancock, due to come. He got his receptionist to phone me late in the afternoon to say he was unable to fix the problem anyway - the receptionist couldn't tell me why not. No apologies. He must have known for a long time that he couldn't do it, and didn't bother to tell me. I won't be back!

Bosch allocated Coast & Country Appliance Repairs to us as their preferred warranty repairer for a faulty display on our 6 month old oven. The receptionist at C&C called the day of the first appt. to cancel as the technician said he would need a part to do the job (the job was booked nearly a week prior but it took a week to check & notify us of this). The repair was rescheduled for the following week. No dramas, at least we had a working oven. Rob the owner and technician attended on the day promised (Wednesday), right at the end of the 4 hour allotted time span. He turned up to the neighbouring address initially and was going to leave as his worksheet told him that's where the job was. Even with matching contact details and name he initially said the job would have to be booked in again. After some discussion and confirming that the oven serial number at our address matched his worksheet he agreed to proceed. He replaced the part and I could see the display was working. The entire interaction was robotic, rude and seemed like he was doing me a favour gracing me with his presence. He then left, job done he says. At 5.15 pm, I went to switch the oven on to prepare dinner and find indeed the display's working but the oven? Now not working at all! No after hours call number. I called again the following morning. Maybe he can come out today says receptionist. OK I say, I'll be here till 11, then from 2pm on. It is important, our oven was working before he was here yesterday! No apology from reception. Doesn't turn up again. I call again Friday morning first thing, what happened? Rob tells me himself he came out at 6pm on Thursday evening. I was home, garage was open, cars are in the driveway, we have an intercom that sounds like a 1940s bomb raid has gone off. He most definitely did not come. No missed calls either and guess what, the next available appt. now is Tuesday the following week... so a week without an oven that was working until Rob worked his electrical magic on it. Still no apology. My partner calls him, same result. Most arrogant, rude person either he or I have dealt with. Bosh kindly allocated another repairer, Regional Appliance Repairs. Today, a very polite young man arrives on the day & time promised. Job done in 15mins. Guess what... Rob had neglected to connect up one side of the new part. I can accept mistakes, can't accept people not taking responsibility for them and making an effort to rectify them as soon as possible. C&Cs google review tells a story. I'd be truly surpised if the few 5* ratings are even real. And even more surprised if he ever works for Bosch again. A poor tradesman, appalling customer service skills and a liar. Take your business elsewhere.

Took 3 calls to have someone come and see my fridge. The first time they rang the wrong phone number when no-one answered the door (I was in the backyard), the second they didn't show up and the third time it took 3 phone calls to their office to have the repair man show up. No apology. Didn't fix the problem either.

Contacted by phone 19th March 2019 to arrange service ,waited all day and came late afternoon 21/3.Stated needed a part, would get back with price.Price accepted and part ordered, booked in 28/3 to fit part ,waited all afternoon ,no one attended, phone call and message left by repairer that part was broken and would need reorderingNo contact so phoned office 2/4 still no part, no reply so phoned again 5/4 ,still no part, would chase up and call me back, no call.Phoned again 8/4 no part but should come “soon”.Call received 9/4 part in and install booked for 10/4,asked for time stated after 2pm.Phoned office 3.30 as no one had come, stated he had two jobs ahead of us .Waited until he finally arrived at 5.40, no apology ,just too bad attitude ,so he asked if we wanted to cancel job, we said said yes.No faith in this repairer, so will buy new dishwasher rather than risk shonky repair.

Extremely unreliable, refused my request for morning availability. Would ONLY do afternoon appointments. Didn’t hear for weeks about my part they had allegedly ordered. No shows several times. Extremely disappointed, been without my washing machine for 12 weeks now. Not acceptable.

Bosch arranged to inspect warranty issue, technician was punctual, professional and communicated problem requiring replacement parts and returned to install parts within a few days again puntual and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Rob came to look at our Westinghouse oven late March, part/s required. When he returned a couple of weeks later, the part still didn't work. I've called them several times over the past 3 months for an update including once to Rob the manager/technician, and every time I get the runaround. They say they'll look into it and call me back. Not once have they called me back. I've given up on them, and called Westinghouse again for another preferred repairer contact. Now I'll have to pay another callout fee just so All Good Appliances can find out what part they need.

Coast & Country Appliance Repairs
We had 3 repairs to be done. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, repaired one, ordered parts for the 2nd and gave advice on the 3rd. He returned later with the part and repaired the 2nd item. They communicated well, arrived on time, were clear about the costs and completed the work. Not sure why others are having issues but my experience was positive.
