I could spend the entire day shipping here. It's great if you're buying gifts or random things you need around the house.They also have a selection of spices and marinades. Very interesting stuff!The only complaint I have about this place is that the layout is confusing. If you're looking for something specific, it's not going to be easy to find it.

Today I returned these umbrellas which are just a few months old and which broke (1) within the first 24 hours, (2) within a few weeks and (3) after only about 10-15 uses. One is also completely rusted (it’s been stored under cover, mainly in the spare room waiting to be returned).The staff (politely) told me that they needed to “send these to the manufacturer for assessment”.Because clearly it would take an expert to assess that these are broken.I did point out the following tenet of Australian Consumer Law but the staff did not think it applied to them:Businesses that sell goods guarantee that those goods:are of acceptable quality – the goods must be safe, lasting, have no faults, look acceptable and do all the things someone would normally expect them to doIf you sell a customer a product that fails to meet one or more of the consumer guarantees, they are entitled to a remedy – either a repair, replacement or refund and compensation for any consequential loss – depending on the circumstances.Generally, if the problem is minor, the seller can choose whether to remedy the problem with a replacement, repair or refund. If you choose to repair and it takes too long, the consumer can get someone else to fix the problem and ask you to pay reasonable costs, or reject the good and get a full refund or replacement.If the problem is major or cannot be fixed, the consumer can choose to:reject the goods and obtain a full refund or replacement, orkeep the goods and seek compensation for the reduction in value of the goods.(The above is taken from the ACCC website.)

This store has a large range of stock and good customer service. This is a great place to get gifts, as they have discounted L’Occitane, boxes of soaps, Random Harvest sweets and other goodies. They also have a large range of dinnerware and kitchenware, like blenders, bins, Smeg toasters and kettles, salad bowls and more! They even have children’s backpacks at the back of the store, and a range of food items at the start.

I've been enjoying shopping at this place until now, but didn't have a good experience with staff last time. I bought something which was faulty and brought it back to the shop. They took ages to get a man who seems to be a manager, and he was clearly doing his best not to give me a refund. He was trying to tell me that it was designed in that way, but ended up agreeing with me when he checked the display item. He was still trying to give me the store credit and I felt like I had to argue with him to get the full refund! Not comfortable using that shop again for buying something now.

I'm a fan of the city branch but this place felt like a pricey homeware store with really bad lighting. Abrasive service, staff didn't look to communicate, stank of toxic work culture. Items looked dirty with dust and fingerprints. Felt like a breeding ground for germs and I actually got sick after visiting this shop.

Very bad experience, I've been enjoying shopping at this place until now, but didn't have a good experience with staff last time. I bought Thermos for my husband which was faulty and brought it back to the shop immediately in 2 days times . we have chosen something else to exchange with that item , One of lady staff member refused to exchange , saying that it wasn’t faulty the time was purchased , and the same item we saw it faulty on display ..however she didn’t exchange , and there is no refund anyways ..SHe was so rude and trying to tell me that when i bought there wasn’t any fault .. I will never buy again from there , I would better go to Victoria’s basement . Not satisfied at all … you know your product and that’s why 2 only left in the shelf and no one has bought them .. Unfortunately I didn’t notice ..I will not be using that shop again for buying something now.1 star is too much for you

Bought a Ken holm wok from here. The first time I used it, the lining melted. Returned it to the store. The manager Raj told me this wok was not designed to take high heat and that he couldn’t refund the money. He offered to send it back with no guarantee how long it would take or if our money would be refunded.Even though we showed them the electronic receipt they would not accept it. Saying no purchase was made on that date! Finally recognized that payment had been made.Surely a wok that cannot take a flame is not fit for purpose and our. Money should be refunded!

Overpriced and expensive but has a really amazing collection of house decor and other household items.Clicked a few pics of the vases I really liked..Huge collection of scented candles.Soaps, crockery and various other things available..
