Oliver from Fluid Plumbing came out to tackle a few plumbing issues that I had, one being straight forward, the other was not so. Oliver tried everything to minimise my outlay and resolve the issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Everything was explained to me, and I was told costs before any actions were taken. I am really happy with the service offered by Oliver and Fluid Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing a plumber on the Central Coast.

I contacted Fluid Plumbing and booked in several tasks for a plumber to complete. Right on time Oliver from Fluid Plumbing walked down our driveway and from the outset he was a credit to the company and it was a pleasure to have Olly working in our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very amenable and cooperative and for the 4 hours he was with us nothing was an issue for him, all tasks completed and helpful advice provided for future tasks. Contacted at least 10 plumbers who were all too busy to respond or even answer their phones - these guys came out a few days after i called, quoted me on the spot, took a little longer than expected to install but did a very good job. I will always call Fluid first from now on.

First time of using their services. We’ve got issues with LPG gas connection and needed urgent help. Fluid Plumbing was very responsive, helpful, on time and keeping me informed. Shawn came by to fix the issue and provided excellent service!Thanks team!

A very disappointing couple of days with Fluid. Advertise a 7day week service. I desperately needed an electrician on Sunday following the storms on Saturday. Told no electrician was working. Then on Monday we had a plumber from Fluid quote a ridiculous amount to replace parts in the toilet cistern. I found an alternative that will result in a new toilet fitted and guaranteed for 12-months for the same price as Fluid wanted for a repair. The plumber from Fluid left the cistern in worse condition than he found it, it did flush without lifting the lid off the cistern now it doesn’t. Family member in the house thought the plumber didn’t really want to do the job and left the house in a bad mood. I’ve been using Fluid for some years now and in fairness up until now they were great. Doesn’t take much to damage your reputation

My friend rang to have her hot water service looked at. Was advised that someone would be out the next morning to have a look at it and advise what action should be taken. Shaun arrived the next morning and ended up replacing the hot water system. Shaun was so professional and helpful..he did a fantastic job...would highly recommend.

This company charges hugely inflated pricing. They left a mess in our front yeard. Did not fix the leak problem that we had in pergola but regardless,kept ringing for payment even though i told them i still had the problem. I would not use them or recommend them.

I found this company through an Internet search engine. I used the Online feedback option and requested Fluid Plumbing Services to contact me. Customer Service team reached out to me first thing in the morning. Their customer service was very friendly, responsive and patient. Shaun called me to check that I will be at home and came exactly at the time he said he would come. He's checked on everything and unblocked the sewer drain in no time. 10/10 Thank you Shaun and Fluid Plumbing for providing a service that I didn't think it existed.

We had Sam come and rewire our electricity meter as it was old and unsafe. Sam was polite and went above and beyond. Was willing to answer any questions we had in regards to how it now works and what to look for if it trips out. Once the job was finished he cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend. FANTASTIC SERVICE
