Best training centre. Lovely people, good environment, amazing training and very helpful and motivating trainer. Wonderful team training session. Everyday new activities and mix of cardio and strength based training. Best ever decision I made after a while. Need to loose weight and be healthy. This place is the perfect one. Anyone determined to get fit and active join F45 in Helensvale. Awesome helpful trainer. Always motivating and helping you push hard. Loving it everyday.

I love training at F45 Helensvale. The trainers are always friendly and helpful. The workouts make you do exercises that you wouldn't do if you were training at a normal gym.I have loved the latest challenge based on teams as I feel it has improved the social side of training. The fact that my wife is on the other team also helps to inspire me to work harder.

I’m a bit of an introvert when it comes to training, especially when I was returning from a big gap! I’ve been fortunate enough to meet an awesome encouraging group of peeps who made me feel at home and don’t frown on me coz of my weirdness. I’m lucky to have trainers that look after my well-being even when I don’t. The space is good too where you don’t feel like you’re breathing on each other. That’s my honest feedback ❤️

I’ve been to many gyms and to another F45 studio, but I must say that F45 Helensvale owned by Callista Williams is the best gym I’ve ever been. The studio by itself is great with lots of car park, air conditioning, it’s spacious and very clean. Trainers are always smiling and pushing members to do their best. Members are all ages, friendly and happy to meet each other during sessions. I don’t want to change!

I can't speak more highly of F45 Helensvale. After having my two kids I had lost my love for fitness and struggled to stay motivated and consistent. The team at F45 Helensvale are so amazing and everyone is so kind and welcoming. I've never felt better!

It is the perfect place to get fit, have fun while your doing it and you can work it around any schedule. There are so many class times and they regularly change the exercises so you don't get bored! The venue is really clean and equipment is very new. Another bonus is the team are helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome from day one. I would recommend to everyone!

Best gym ever! The staff are amazing and supportive. They will always take time to answer any questions and help you out. I signed up two years ago thinking it would be a phase and now I am addicted!

Great atmosphere. Very clean studio. Trainers are very experienced. Management always listens to the needs of members & she goes above & beyond for them. Members are very friendly. I have been a member at other F45 studios & this is my by far my favourite one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
