Our go to place for the kids! perfect place for food, drink, free wifi and I love to study while the kids play. This amazing facility and their 0-5 place ground and 6-12 kids play place has kept my kids occupied so much that I've managed to complete 2 courses over 6 months. Caffeine Guaranteed.

great place for kids, they had a ball.. only one downside was the food. lots of variety but just seems like its slapped together. loved the healthy option on kids menu though.

Like a night club for kids. Cover charge at the door and security to get in or out. Fortunately the drinks and food aren't ridiculously priced. Good place for a coffee.

Conveniently located, reasonably priced, good coffee and quite large play areas. This is especially good for the large little kids play area which are usually tiny. As for the 5yr+ kids area your kid can easily get out of sight as there is only one side you can view into. It only has one entrance which is comforting but would be better if it was easier to keep your eye on your children in there with so many other kids racing in and out.

The best place to take your kids (under 11) to put a smile on their face and kill a few hours. It's a flat fee of $15.90 for kids over 3 and the time is unlimited. You can't bring your own food or drink in but, even though they have a captive customer base, the prices are very reasonable and the food is decent. The staff are fantastic and caring. They have a code system that means the parent is matched with the kid, making it impossible for anyone to leave without their own kid. Overall, highly recommended.

Thank you so much for making her party so enjoyable2022 review: We had a second party this year and it was complete opposite to last year. On the weekend we had my daughters 6th party. The staff were so disorganised, the party room wasn’t available until 30 minutes after our party room time. I spoke with the manager and she states the previous people wouldn’t leave. This isn’t true as I stood outside the party room. They forgot to clean it the. Took 30 minutes to clean the room. The manager the. Said don’t worry you can stay for your 45 minute session. After about 25 minutes of being in the room we were asked to leave. The hostess was with the kids for about 10 minutes in total. We had the premium package and the jigs got no party bags (drink bottle and gift bag with free return pass) as stated on the advertisement. We had no music for the kids either in the room which was offered last time. I was so disappointed in the vast difference from last year to this year. I have to say I will not be back. This party cost me just shy of $500 and the level of service was shocking. There were at least 4 staff with trainee shirts on. There was no time management or direction for the staff. The manager was cooking in the kitchen the whole time. Being a manager myself, you can’t manager from back of house. You need to be able to view your staff and customers and assist manage their time by providing direction, there was none of this.

Organised my daughters 6th birthday party here because i loved the walk in walk out option. The staff from the time of booking and throughout the party were amazing. Big shout out to Carmen, Ebony and Bailey especially not to all the staff, you guys are awesome. Well mannered, nothing ever too big a problem

paid for my daughter’s birthday online and paid via pay pal and wasn’t aware that it incurred a $4.95 fee which it took from the money I transferred to the play centre then get there and was told on the day that I have to pay an extra $5 not professional at all

Very disappointing, there wasn't a lot if choice for my kids to play on so they git bored easy. Seems better fir smaller children under 6
