Smart Skin Clinics - Moonee Ponds

I have been to all Smart Skin Clinic locations, but the best one by far is the Moonee Ponds one. Lia does the most amazing job and I have never had someone as professional and as detailed as her do both my laser and microdermabrasion. She is the reason I keep returning to the clinic and I even recently bought a pack of RF as I was so happy with her service and the time she takes with me. She always makes people feel welcome and this is what customer service should be like. I want to personally thank you Lia, and thanks Smart Skin in Moonee Ponds for such a wonderful experience each time.

Thanks Smart Skin Clinic. I was very nervous about getting laser and went in due to a great special they were offering. I'm glad I did. Although the clinic is always busy and buzzing, I always get a very good treatment. My sessions are always very thorough and the girls are so friendly. With such great prices and results I wouldn't consider anywhere else.

HORRIBLE experience. I had a voucher for feather eyebrow tattoo. Already starting from the reservation my experience was bad, they did not respond to my emails. At my appointment, first they made me sit in the shop window with glad wrap on my eyebrows while passers by stared. Why they couldn't already take me into one of their rooms I do not know, it was free. They asked me to draw my eyebrows like I usually do, which is good. But then they did their own thing on top of it and did not ask me to check in the mirror before starting to make the tattoo!!! They only spent 3 minutes in the consultation of the look and the shape!! It was painful and the result was horrible. I cried for the rest of the day - this was 4 weeks before my wedding!!! They are not how I draw them. They don't look feathered either, they are very block like. I called them after to ask if there is anything left to do... And they told me that they would fade. Well they didn't. I was desperate and even contacted laser clinics. In the end left it and ended up looking like an Angry Bird at my wedding. They should really consider giving a bit more time for each client to make sure that people get exactly what they want.

I have been getting laser hair removal sessions here over the past six months. I remember being very nervous when beginning but they have made me feel much more relaxed. I’m really impressed with the results and would recommend this clinic. They also offer some of the best prices around and I love their monthly sales!

Absolutely love this place! I'm currently on my second session for laser hair removal and the service has been amazing and very affordable.I would highly recommended the Lovely Anne from the moone ponds store to anyone, she is amazing and very knowledgable in what she does. Highly recommendeded.

Whilst I enjoyed the treatments I received here, I felt like the main intention here is to make the most money out of their clients without genuine care of what they truly need.I signed up for a Microderm package (4xsession) and 1 Chemical Peel. Half way through my Microderm sessions, my skin was going amazing and they said they wouldn’t suggest I did the peel anymore. I asked if I could convert my Peel to 2 Microderm sessions and pay the gap. They said the only way they could do that is if I bought another bulk package (hmmm.. so you can covert money but only if you pay more?)Okay I thought If I’m going to be doing more Microderm’s I guess this will still work.Before my final Microderm I called (24 hours in advance) as I had come down with a cold and feeling pretty lousy. I asked If I could move my appointment and she said “yes, but only if you buy another package. I can process the payment over the phone and pretend you came in for your appointment and then we can make a new one for next week”This is somewhere I would have happily gone once a month for a Micro session however due to their processes and lack of general care, I have decided to find skin treatment elsewhere.

Great service! Ann is friendly and good at what she does. I feel comfortable during my treatments (which is what you want when you're dealing with personal areas). Affordable prices compared to other clinics! Thanks Smart Skin. Definitely recommend this clinic!

I did a course of lipofreeze at Smart Skin Moonee Ponds and honestly cannot believe the difference! I have always struggled to shift fat on the back of my arms. I've tried diet, exercise and nothing would work. I did 2 sessions of Lipofreeze and i am so happy with the results. The therapist talked me through everything and did a great consultation. The treatment itself was only 45 minutes and not painfull at all. They even do Zip pay which helps if you wish to by in bundles and their packages are so well priced! So happy with my results would highly reccomend.

I went to have eyebrows feathered for $99. Purchased healing balm for $40-50?. Had to have another session for $99. Total so far $250. Couldn't afford yet another session. Should have had eyebrows tattooed for $300. For i have to use eyebrow pencil everyday. But staff very friendly. Also eyebrows one higher than other

Went for the first time to smart skin Moonee Ponds on a Saturday to try Lipo Freeze. Clinic seemed quite busy and only one person running the shop. Had to wait at least 20 mins before being attended to. I have to say it was certainly worth the wait. Eva was amazing. She was patient, answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. She was excellent! Great service!
