In short if you need something out of what you see in the shop it is better to order yourself.From the first glance the shop and the staff is nice and friendly. However, they just do not do their job.In my situation I came and asked a set of things for my Delica (bullbar, roofrack, back bumper and something else). I was assured everything would be checked and then I would be given a call in a few days. No calls were given in the following days. I made the investigation myself came to them and ordered a 'Fastfit' bullbar I have found myself giving them the number in ‘Fastfit’ catalogue. I was charged $500, provided invoice and assured the bullbar would be ready and delivered in 2-3 weeks. I have received a call from them in 2 weeks telling no bar is delivered. I waited one week more and called myself to get an update. The answer was predictable: we would call you when have some information today. Noone called. Next day I came to the shop trying to get any status of the order. The only answer I got was: we had dropped an email to 'Fastfit' yesterday and had been waiting for the update'. They even did not call them but dropped a message! I found 'Fastfit' contact details, called them myself and found out that the bullbar was not even ordered by the shop. I do not know if this is ‘Fastfit’ fault or the shop’s one but the guys from 'Central Coast 4x4 and Outdoor’ did practically nothing to resolve the problem. Thank to 'Fastfit' they clarified everything and called me back telling my bullbar is started to be manufactured. Only a few days later I received a call from the shop telling that my bullbar should be ready in a week but they are not sure. The story is not finished yet but it is the right time to do their work assessment. Very irresponsible staff who are not interested in your order absolutely.

Go here! Don't bother with the others, family run buisness and they know their stuff. They friendly and happy to help. Cannot wait for my new bullbar from them

The service Guys here goes above any normal level, Attention to detail when they look for any faults even if they were installing bar lights at this time..am not a sales person but thanks to them ..10/10..

Problems now with both Tuggerah and Gosford. They need to employ an admin because the communication and management skills are awful. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Can't get hold of anyone that knows how to open a computer and check our order! Noone can give us any information on a lift kit we ordered early October. Would not recommend! Absolute headache! If management would like to contact me please do! So we can either get this sorted or get our money back! Absolute joke!

Had a bull bar fitted here. They wrecked all the front parking sensors on my new ford ranger. Also discovered a number of lose bolts on bull bar.Not happy.

Attention parents with a P plater 4 x4 enthusiast- We have spent a lovely 30 mins with the guys of 4x4 west Gosford and they have talked to My son 17 years about heaps of stuff regarding legal modifications for P platers including tyres, mufflers... so he’s lucky he has new rims that are compliant, they were so nice talking about getting defected, booked, loosing your license when you are on your p’s etc it was so great and just what we needed . Thank God , was such a great unexpected opportunity that they were so good with him. Thanks Guys
